The Nature Residency - A Riverside Resort in Leh

The location..it is located by the river and very quiet place.

The photographs on booking.com are not justified. The rooms are not like that. And breakfast options are also very limited. Wifi connection is poor and no TV facility too. We booked for complete 8 days and we regret staying so long without internet and proper room

A nice place to relax and just calm down your nerves. The rooms were clean so were the bathrooms. Stayed for a day. Breakfast by the water felt so good.

The hotel is located at a lower altitude of 3250m compared to Leh centre of 3500m & above. I have chosen this place for 1st nite in Leh, as it is lower altitude and help to acclimatise. It is situated next to the river, with a nice outdoor table/chairs for dinning/drinking. Room is large, but basic, with a nice mountain view esp during sunrise. Being on the outskirt of Leh, it is relatively quiet with less traffic. The hotel manager is friendly and took time to chat during dinner time - a very nice gesture.

The location is closer to the airport and quite a distant from main Leh centre, so no nearby eateries, or shops.

The pictures on booking.com and what rooms has actually are different. The hospitality is below average. We were the only guests at the resort for complete 8 nights. Despite of mentioning about few things, they were not fixed till our last day at the resort. The breakfast had very very limited options.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention to Stanzin, who made our experience so beautiful and homely. He even arranged our car bookings to Pangong, which were just amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and warm, making our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

The room did not meet the standard facilities claimed the booking. No bucket, no clothes rack, etc.

the riverside location and the riverside seating and breakfast area is awesome. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very courteous and helpful

Relaxing location, really tasty food in the restaurant, amazing staff who helped us last minute book all of our activities in last minute. some great views as well with the mountains in the distance. definitely would recommend!

only downside is the wifi isn't reliable if it's needed.

Getting to the market and central leh can be a bit expensive if you don’t have your own transport

The staff was very kind and helped us a lot during our stay in Leh. We made a tour through nubra valley and to the Pangong Tso lake. It was a wonderful experience. Also the monasteries were worth a visit. Wi-Fi present in the reception area but we were able to use a local SIM card from the hotel to stay connected.

Amazing room, very clean and with a very confortable bed. The owner and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a peaceful environment, which is ideal to relax. The food is very good also.

The food was extremely tasty, and the cook made it to our choice. The owner, Mr. Stanzin is an amazingly knowledgable person and it was a pleasure talking to him.

The scenery around the hotel was very interesting, its staff were like our friends, the rooms and food were very good, they arranged the taxi driver, and all those trips were very beautiful and we will never forget them in our life.?????They gave us a cool surprise for our 20th wedding anniversary

SUPERB RESORT WITH AWESOME VIEWSWas with my family at this place. Must say, a great place with awesome views. The resort provided a serene backdrop for quality family time.  The room was very comfortable. Food was the delicious, service was excellent, staff was very friendly and we felt like we are staying in our home. Unlike other hotels I saw in Leh, this place had huge space to unwind. Overall an excellent experience, highly recommended to people travelling to this Paradise on earth.

Mountain/River Views From Rooms / Spacious / Clean / We Paid Approx Rs 4000/- Per Dbl Room - So I wud say Value for Money Paid. Though seemed Understaffed , but they try hard to provide maximum comfort to guests (Spl. Mention for Mr Stanzin & The Cute Lady at Reception - Both are lovely people - tnks)

Wifi Connectivity is Poor or rather Absent in Rooms . No Direct Phone to Restaurant for Room Service . Seemed Highly Understaffed .

So many things to love about the place1) The Fantastic manager they have on board- Mr.Stanzin.Such a gem of a person!! He gives you the best itineraries, excellent food recommendations and gives you details of places otherwise unheard of.Id recommend staying here first and then covering other parts of Leh Ladakh simply bcos of his itinerary.2) the property by itself is lovely.We would have loved to see more green but Mother nature (not the owners fault) had other plans3) Attentive and friendly staff.No matter how much you trouble them , they're happy to help.4) They have a decent restaurant that will cater to all your immediate hunger pangs as it is a little away from the main market areaWe spent 4 days in peace and quiet ,amidst great views and we would love to come back

It's the best riverside resort located outside the hustle bustle. Calm and helpful staff and food is mouth watering. It's great hotel for family and friends group. Services were proper. Location is the best part of this hotel I believe. Rooms were neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay very well.

During my visit to Leh, I had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Nature Residency resort. The breathtaking river view from the property left me utterly mesmerized. The exceptional quality of food and hospitality offered by the resort was truly outstanding. I highly recommend Nature Residency to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.
